The dense, polished valve disc has a slim design, which allows for a high Cv and the PTFE stem bushing ensures an extra smooth disc rotation. Available in sizes from 1”- 8” with Sanitary Clamp, Butt- Weld and I-Line end connections as standard. A variety of handle options as well as vertical and horizontal pneumatic actuators provide flexibility in design and application.

BALL VALVES (52-Series)- Cipriani Harrison’s Ball Valves are made from forged 304L and 316L stainless steel, are highly polished and come standard with TFM-PTFE seats FDA EPDM o-rings. These valves have a 3-piece, full design and are fully drainable. Available in sizes 1” -4 with Sanitary Clamp, Butt-Weld and I-Line end connection as standard. Available with or without purge (flush) ports and either manually or pneumatically controlled via a horizontal or vertical actuator. A 3A authorized version of the 52-series ball valve is available.

FRACTIONAL BALL VALVES (51-Series)- Cipriani Harrison’s Fractional Ball Valves are made from forged 316L stainless steel, are highly polished and come standard with TFM-PTFE seats and FDA EPDM o-rings. These valves have a 3-piece,full-port design and are fully drainable. Available in sizes ½ “ & ¾ “ with Sanitary Clamp or Butt-Weld end connections as standard.

CHECK VALVES (64-Series)- Cipriani Harrison’s Spring Check Valves are made from forged 304L and 316L stainless steel, are highly polished and come standard with a PTFE o-ring and gasket. These ‘non return valves' are self draining in the vertical position. The newly designed ribbed stainless disc resists water hammer, minimizes there resistance to flow and serves as a guide to the valve plug. Available in sizes 1" - 4" with Sanitary Clamp, Butt-Weld and I-Line end connections as standard. Multiple springs are offered to allow for flexibility in design and use.These valves are 3A authorized.

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES (70- Series) - Cipriani Harrison’s Pressure Relief Valves are made from forged 316L stainless steel, are highly polished, come standard with PTFE seats and EPDM seals. These valves have self-draining machined bodies with a round shape that allows for a minimum resistance to flow. The valve body, yoke and spring housing are assembled with clamps enabling a quick and easy assembly or disassembly. Available in sizes 1”– 3“ with Sanitary Clamp and Butt-Weld end connections as standard. A manually adjustable spring closing force allows for a desired pressure rating to be set. Once the line pressure reaches this set point the valve plug will lift and the pressure will be relieved through the side port. These valves are 3A authorized.

Flow Control VALVES - Cipriani Harrison’s Flow Control Valves are made from forged 316L stainless steel, are highly polished, come standard with PTFE seats and EPDM seals. These valves have self-draining machined bodies with a round shape that allows for a minimum resistance to flow. The valve body, yoke and actuator are assembled with clamps enabling a quick and easy assembly or disassembly. Available in sizes 1”– 3“ with Sanitary Clamp and Butt -Weld end connections as standard. The valve is operated by means of a manual hand wheel which moves a conical plug gradualy up or down. The plug has a calibrated profile that allows for fine flow control. The plug can be fixed in the desired position with a log screw and the valve can be completely closed.

PLUG VALVES (11-Series) - Cipriani Harrison’s Plug Valves are made from 304L and 316L stainless steel, are highly polished and come standard with PTFE & EPDM seals as well as stainless plugs. These valves are used in a variety of low-pressure sanitary applications, they are versatile and provide a full-unrestricted flow. Available in sizes 1”- 4” with Sanitary Clamp and Butt-Weld end connections as standard. Offered in both two-way and three-way designs all these plug valves have a long round handle that allows for smooth control and easy leverage. A high degree of taper on the plug reduces the torque required to operate the valve. These valves are 3A authorized.

SAMPLING VALVES (33 & 34 Series) - Cipriani Harrison currently manufacture two types of Sampling Valves,; the 33-series which is machine from either 304L or 316L stainless steel, has no seats or seals and works by a simple quarter turn handle that turns a stainless steel plug. The 34-series sample valve is machined from either 304L or 316L stainless steel, is completely self-draining and has PTFE and Silicone seals. The 33- series is available with 3/8” or 1/2” MNPT or 1” Clamp Inlet connections and the 34-series comes in ½” MNPT and 

FILTERS & STRAINERS (24 & 25 Series) - Cipriani Harrison’s Filters and Strainers are made from 304 and 316 stainless steel, are highly polished and come standard with FDA Silicone Seals. These filters and strainers consist of a housing with an inlet and outlet in either an inline or 90 ° angle orientation. Inside the housing is the straining element that is fixed in such a way that the product flow is forced through it. This element consists of a backup tube and straining mesh. The housing with the element assemble inside it is then fitted between two stainless steel end flanges by means of sanitary clamps and gaskets.

SIGHT GLASSES - Cipriani Harrison’s Sight Glasses are made from forged 304L and 316L stainless steel and are highly polished. These sight glasses are used inline, come standard with Clamp, Butt- Weld and I-Line end connections and have FDA Silicone seats. An acrylic outer safety guard is available to prevent damaging the inner glass. These sight glasses are 3A authorized.

LOWER LEVEL GAUGE (338 Series) - Cipriani Harrison’s Lower Level Gauges are made from 304L, are highly polished and come standard with FDA silicone seals. These level gauges come with Sanitary Clamp or MNPT inlet connections and they accommodate either 5/8” & 7/8: diameter sight tubes.

UPPER LEVEL GAUGE (338 & 347 Series) - Cipriani Harrison’s Upper and Lower Level Gauges are made from forged 304L, are highly polished and come standard with FDA silicone seals. These level gauges come with Sanitary Clamp or MNPT inlet connections and they accommodate either 5/8” & 7/8: diameter sight tubes.

FITTINGS - Cipriani Harrison manufacture Short and Medium length Sanitary Welding Ferrules and Solid End Caps in type 304L and 316L. CHVC also offers the single pin Heavy Duty Clamps. All these fittings are available in sizes ½” - 8”.

TANK VENTS (645-S) - Cipriani Harrison’s Tank Vents are made in 304L and 316L, are highly polished and have EPDM o-rings and Delrin bushings. These tank vents are designed as breather valves to avoid vacuum or over pressurization inside a tank or piping system. These valves are 3A authorized.
